Thanks for coming to participate in our Fall 2025 Church Health Assessment! By partaking in this you help us accomplish two things.
First, you help us as a church leadership make sure we are truly cultivating Deep Roots. We don’t simply want to measure superficial statistics. We want to make sure our community is truly growing deep in Christ. An assessment like this, based on 7 dimensions of human flourishing and 15 dimensions of church health, gives us a better picture of our strengths and what to pay extra attention to.
Second, our hope is that his gives you a snapshot of where you are at in your journey with Jesus. This assessment isn’t everything, but its one helpful reflection tool to see where you have been growing and are invited to grow more deeply. And we appreciate that it looks at a multitude of dimensions of our lives, because Jesus is Rescuer and King over all of it.
So we’d encourage you to leave this tab open and take the assessment on a new tab. At the end, the assessment will give you some feedback based on what you said about areas of strength and areas of potential growth. Below on this page, we have reflection questions, resources, and possible next steps that correspond to the areas of assessment. So you will be able to come back here, take what you learned through the assessment, and have some practical ways for you to grow deeper roots in Jesus.
